Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the CRUX website or placing an order. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all customers in India, the GCC, and internationally.
1. About CRUX
CRUX is a women’s empowerment print-on-demand T-shirt brand, selling original graphic T-shirts via our e-commerce website. Every T-shirt is printed on demand at the time of order. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products.
2. Eligibility
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
3. Print-on-Demand Products
All CRUX T-shirts are produced on demand and printed fresh specifically for each order. This means:
— Products are not pre-made and held in stock.
— Each item is unique to your order and begins production after payment is confirmed.
— Minor variations in print color between screen display and the final product may occur.
— We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect size selection (please refer to our Exchange & Return Policy for full details).
4. Pricing & Taxes
India customers: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST at the applicable rate. Shipping charges are calculated separately and shown at checkout.
GCC & international customers: Prices are displayed in the applicable currency for your region at checkout. Import duties, customs taxes, and local levies are not included and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Orders placed and confirmed before a price change will be honored at the original price.
5. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation email from CRUX.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, failed payment verification, or production constraints.
Accepted payment methods for India: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, EMI, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on select pin codes.
Accepted payment methods for GCC & international: Major international Credit/Debit Cards and other methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
6. Cash on Delivery — India Only
COD is available on select Indian pin codes up to a maximum order value of ₹10,000. CRUX reserves the right to decline COD orders at its discretion. Customers with a history of refusing COD deliveries may have their COD access permanently restricted.
7. Order Cancellations
Because printing begins promptly after order confirmation, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. To cancel, email orders@cruxwomen.com immediately with your order number.
After 12 hours, your order may already be in production and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
8. Custom & Bulk Orders
Custom and bulk orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has been confirmed in writing by CRUX, unless there is a manufacturing fault or printing defect. Custom order terms will be communicated separately at the time of enquiry.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, slogans, images, logos, and content on the CRUX website are the original intellectual property of CRUX and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws and applicable international conventions.
You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or use any CRUX design or content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Customers who purchase a CRUX T-shirt are buying the physical product only — not a licence to reproduce the design.
10. Social Media & User Content
We love it when our customers share photos of their CRUX T-shirts on Instagram and Facebook. By tagging CRUX or using our hashtags, you grant us permission to share your content on our social media pages and website, with credit to you. We will always ask before using your image in paid advertising.
11. User Conduct
By using our website, you agree not to:
— Use our website for any unlawful purpose under Indian law or applicable international law.
— Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems.
— Resell CRUX products commercially without written authorisation from CRUX.
— Copy, reproduce, or replicate any CRUX design for personal or commercial use.
— Engage in fraudulent payment activity, including unwarranted chargebacks.
12. Consumer Rights — India
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or any other applicable Indian consumer protection legislation. If you have a grievance, please contact our support team or the relevant consumer forum.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CRUX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a specific purchase shall not exceed the total value of that order.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.
India customers: Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, India — insert your registered business city].
GCC & international customers: We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably. Where resolution is not possible, Indian law and jurisdiction shall apply, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
