Ordering

How are CRUX tees made?

Every tee is printed fresh on demand the moment you place your order. We don't hold pre-printed stock, so each piece is made for you.

How long will my order take?

Printing and quality check take 2–5 business days. After dispatch, India metro cities take 2–4 business days, tier 2 cities 3–5 and remote areas 5–8. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Standard prepaid shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, it's a flat ₹99.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible within 12 hours of ordering, before printing begins. Email us with your order number as soon as you can.

Sizing & Care

How do I pick my size?

Each product page has a size chart. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us before ordering and we'll help you choose.

How do I care for my tee?

Wash inside out in cold water, don't bleach, and avoid ironing directly on the print to keep it looking sharp.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my tee?

Because every tee is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size ordered. If your order arrives with a printing defect, a manufacturing fault, the wrong item or shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

I ordered the wrong size. What now?

Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, before printing begins, and we may be able to update it. After printing starts, size changes aren't possible.
