Shipping Policy

Every CRUX T-shirt is printed fresh on demand the moment you place your order. This means there is a short production window before your order ships. Below is everything you need to know about timelines, costs, and tracking.

 

Production Time (Before Shipping)

Because your T-shirt is printed specifically for you, please allow:

   Standard orders: 2–5 business days for printing and quality check before dispatch.

   Custom and bulk orders: 5–8 business days for production before dispatch.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

 

India — Domestic Shipping

Delivery estimates after dispatch:

   Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days

   Tier 2 cities: 3–5 business days

   Tier 3 cities and remote areas: 5–8 business days

 

Shipping options:

   Standard Prepaid Shipping: Free on orders above ₹999. Flat rate ₹99 on orders below.

   Express Shipping: Available at checkout for select pin codes. Delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch (metro cities).

   Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on select pin codes with a nominal COD handling fee.

 

Please note: COD orders require phone number verification before dispatch. If a COD delivery is refused or returned, future COD access on your account may be restricted.

 

GCC — Gulf Region Shipping

Delivery estimates after dispatch (production time not included):

   UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah): 5–7 business days

   Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam): 6–8 business days

   Qatar (Doha): 5–7 business days

   Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman: 6–8 business days

 

All GCC orders are shipped via tracked international courier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

 

International Shipping

Delivery estimates after dispatch (production time not included):

   United Kingdom: 8–14 business days

   Europe (France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, etc.): 10–16 business days

   United States & Canada: 12–20 business days

   Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days

   Rest of World: 14–25 business days depending on destination

 

All international orders are fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.

 

Total Delivery Estimate

To calculate your expected delivery date, add production time (2–5 business days) to the shipping time for your region. For example, a standard India metro order placed on a Monday will typically arrive within 7–9 business days from order date.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking number to your registered email address and mobile number (India). You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website or via the link in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

India domestic orders: All prices include applicable GST. No additional duties apply.

 

GCC & international orders: Customs duties and import taxes may be levied by your country’s customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. CRUX cannot predict or control these charges.

 

GST Invoice (India)

A GST-compliant invoice is automatically generated for all India domestic orders and sent to your registered email address. If you require a business invoice with your GSTIN, please provide your GSTIN at checkout or email coolcrux1@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address and pin code are correct before placing your order. CRUX cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, email coolcrux1@gmail.com  as quickly as possible with your order number. We will do our best to update it before dispatch.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please contact coolcrux1@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
