Exchange & Return Policy
Because all CRUX T-shirts are printed on demand specifically for you, each order is unique. We want you to love what you receive. Here is everything you need to know about returns and exchanges.
Print-on-Demand: What This Means for You
Every CRUX T-shirt is printed fresh the moment you place your order. This means we do not hold pre-printed stock. Because your garment is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size.
We strongly encourage you to check our size guide carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, email us at hello@cruxwomen.com before purchasing and we will guide you.
When We Accept Returns
We accept returns and offer a full refund or replacement in the following situations:
— The item arrived with a printing defect (faded print, misaligned design, ink smudge).
— The item arrived with a manufacturing fault (torn seam, damaged fabric, hole in the garment).
— You received the wrong design, wrong size, or wrong color from what you ordered.
— The item arrived damaged due to shipping mishandling.
In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve it quickly — no hassle, no back-and-forth.
How to Report a Faulty or Incorrect Item
Step 1: Email coolcrux1@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Step 2: Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the fault or incorrect item.
Step 3: We will review and respond within 24 hours with a resolution — either a replacement print or a full refund.
Step 4: For India orders, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you. For international orders, we will advise on the return process.
Size Exchanges
Because our T-shirts are made on demand, we cannot exchange for a different size if you ordered incorrectly. However, we genuinely want you to be happy.
If you ordered the wrong size and contact us within 24 hours of placing your order (before printing begins), we may be able to update your order. Email orders@cruxwomen.com immediately with your order number and correct size.
After printing has begun, size changes are not possible. Please use our size guide before ordering.
Refunds
— Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of resolution.
— India orders: refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet).
— COD orders (India): refunds are processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank account details when contacting us.
— International orders: refunds are issued to the original payment method.
— Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Because printing begins quickly after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of ordering. Email orders@cruxwomen.com with your order number as soon as possible.
After 12 hours, your order may already be in production and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Custom & Bulk Orders
Custom and bulk orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has been confirmed, unless there is a manufacturing fault or printing defect on our side.
